Setting up your OnceHub account (Schedule Once)

OnceHub is a little bit tricky to integrate, but follow the instructions carefully and you'll be done in 5 minutes! 🙂

Go HERE:

https://app.oncehub.com/integrations/api

Be sure to SAVE the API Key! We will need it in a moment!

Go here and create a new Incoming Webhook:

https://app.leadpath.ai/integrations/incoming-webhooks

Add the name "OnceHub" and copy the BOTH URLs

Lastly, please copy both the OnceHub API Key + The FIRST URL + The Second (TEST) URL here and submit this form:

https://link.22apps.com/widget/form/yoD4PnTMjVfY2aWL3YuL

Next, we'll jump into your OnceHub Account Here:

https://app.oncehub.com/scheduleonce/setup.aspx#/

And select the event-type you want to setup first:

Click "Booking form and redirect" and then click "Edit form":

Click "Add custom field to library":

Then choose...

Field Type: single-line text field

Field Name: ref

Field title: ref

CHECK "Do not display this field to Customers." ✅

And click save.

Lastly, add the new field to your form and click SAVE!

Now, please TEST IT. Sign yourself up in your calendar using a partner-link.

NOTE: Be 1000% sure that you're using a link with ?ref=SOMETHING on the end of it!!!

Once that is done, return to LeadPath. (You may need to refresh the page.)

You will now see something that says Request #1.

  • First, make sure "Create Lead" is selected.
  • Then, open the dropdown for Request #1.

We need to copy 2-4 different "elements" to your clipboard:

  1. ref's VALUE (required)
  2. form submission email (required)
  3. First Name (not required)
  4. Last Name (not required)

Simply tap on any of these elements to copy the "CODE" to your clipboard. It will look something like this:

For the "ref" custom field, be 1000% SURE to copy the "Value" field!!

You will find it looks something like this:

Finally, paste those codes in the fields below and CLICK SAVE!!

Once all that is setup, just add your tracking link here:

https://app.leadpath.ai/links

Be sure to use the default ?ref= parameter when adding any OnceHub links!! 🙂

And, as always, feel free to test it by using one of your partner links!!

Important NOTE:

If you want this to work with ALL your OnceHub calendar links, you will need to add the "ref" field to ALL your Event Type's booking forms AND create a different incoming webhook for each different booking form.

Please start from the top and repeat the entire process for any additional forms you wish to integrate.
