Setting up your GoHighLevel Calendar with LeadPath

Please complete these two steps FIRST:

  2. Please create a LEAD connection using the method on this page: https://help.leadpath.ai/article/27-sending-data-from-gohighlevel-to-leadpath

Navigate to your calendars in GoHighLevel

Under your desired calendar, navigate to "Forms & Payment" and take note of what it says under "Select form":

If it says "Default", then follow the steps below.

If it says something OTHER THAN "Default", then click here to jump to the next steps.


So, if your said Default... We need to create a custom form to LINK to your calendar. So navigate to FORMS and click "Add Form":


From there, drag in components from the LEFT to build your form with:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email
  • Any Other Info You Want

The MOST important step is... For the LAST field - select "LeadPath - Lead - Intro referralCode"

And be sure to set the Query Key to "ref" and check the box for "HIDDEN"


Save & Name the form as needed, and then navigate BACK to your calendars.

Finally, select the form from the dropdown and click SAVE!




Be sure to copy the scheduling link for the calendar you just configured!

And then here: https://app.leadpath.ai/links

...Add it as a Partner Link in Leadpath with ?ref= on the end!!!


That's it!!
